The original Six&Bait has justifiably earned a good reputation amongst those looking for an easy to use rod which will cope with winter and summer species. The MkII is built to the same user-friendly brief but with a slimmer and lighter blank. The 2 equal sections blank design has also been tweaked and now has a parabolic powered butt that blends into a powerful midsection. This allows the angler to load the rod slower and easier which results in improved casting power and feel when playing a fish. The tip is stiff enough to withstand the strong tides & winds here in Ireland which this rod may well be faced with but with the correct level of sensitivity to give a good bite indication. They are fitted with Fuji rings throughout, an adjustable screw reel seat and diamond wrap shrink.
The 14′ models are great all-around fishing rods for anglers looking to put a 6oz lead plus a propper sized bait a decent distance.

Multiplier: Depending on your preference of reel up or reel down, the multiplier on the 14ft versions are accompanied by a sliding winch fitting, fitted with Fuji BNOG rings, and are made in 2 equal sections.
