The Daiwa Emblem Surf 45 SCW QD is a sturdy fixed spool surf reel that combines good looks and cutting edge features to give you a high-performance reel to meet the needs of the modern beach angler. The extra-long 45mm spool is designed to give extra smooth line flow for long casting and it is just at home loaded with braid or mono line options.

Daiwa has used its Mag sealed system to combat dirt and debris and protect the internal ‘Digigear II gearing system. These achieve fantastic casting and line lay thanks to the reduced oscillation speed ‘Slow Cross Wrap’, enhancing the line lay and distance. Additionally, the patented ‘Twistbuster 2’ system reduces line twists on the retrieve.
