Sasame Spring Rolling Beads.
A mini-boom that is composed of a crystal bead attached to a small spring tube. The pearl has 2 channels, one vertical (passage of the main line) and the other horizontal (passage of the leader). The bead can either be left sliding or locked between two stop knots or two stop float type stops. The spring acts as a mini-boom that pulls the leader away from the main line to prevent tangles and ensure maximum freedom of movement.
