Use Grease Spray in order to:
- lightly lubricate the drive gear bearings of a spinning reel;
- lubricate Line Roller Bearings.
- lightly lubricate bail arm hinges;
Use Oil Spray to
- lightly lubricate handle knob shaft and bearings;
- lightly lubricate spool shaft;
- remove trapped dirt on worm screw grooves; followed by using Grease Spray to lightly lubricate the worm screw;
- lubricate the handle knob shaft and bearings
As a general note, clean and remove all dirt and salt deposit from surfaces. These are lubricated before oiling and/or greasing. Do not use Oil Spray and/or Grease Spray on the reel’s drag washer.
