Important YUKI Warranty & Replacement Information All YUKI rod warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by YUKI. As the retailer, we must submit any claim to the manufacturer, who will determine whether the damage is covered under warranty or is the result of accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Please note that YUKI does not normally supply individual rod sections. Where a replacement is approved, lead times can exceed 3 months, as replacement items must be sourced directly from the manufacturer. By purchasing a YUKI rod, you acknowledge that warranty assessments and replacement lead times are dependent on YUKI's policies and stock availability and are therefore outside of our direct control.
