Trident Startright Rig Bodies Aero Pulley

The Trident Aero Pulley is the most advanced pulley system available. It features many design elements which are advantageous to any fishing venue, but are particularly beneficial whilst fishing rough ground marks. Our unique 'figure of 8' system holds the line inside the Aero Pulley, which completely protects it from abrasion on the vulnerable corners, a very important feature which no other pulleys offer. This solves the problem that all other pulley beads do not address. 

Another advantage provided by the 'figure of 8' design is that it adds resistance which can help increase 'hook-up' rates and act as a brake on the line.

Once a fish is hooked, the weight of the fish lifts the lead up, and the polyurethane friction grip tube jams inside the pulley, preventing the lead from dropping back down if the line should go slack. This system has proven to significantly reduce tackle losses when fishing rough ground.  

Incorporated in the design is a polished 316 Marine Grade Stainless steel insert, which takes the load and offers virtually friction-free movement. Because the insert and the mono are so dissimilar, this greatly reduces the risk of heat build-up and damage to the line. 

The rig body is made with specially designed 70lb Great White mono, which offers superior strength, excellent abrasion resistance and suppleness.
